Background History:
Flavius grew up on the banks of the Tiber.  His father was a worker at the local forum until he was elected to be a senator.  The current Caesar disliked Flavius's father, and had him murdered.  Flavius ran away from home, and as soon as he heard of his father's death, he swore to become emperor someday to free Rome from tyranny.
